About the Job
- Fully responsible for achieving the annually / monthly sales targets in her channel.
- Opening new markets and contributing in maximizing the company market share in your channel.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Responsible for the annual contract agreements negotiations
- Maintaining a physical presence in all Sales channels on a daily basis to reinforce the area strategy.
- Managing the execution of promotions and new products launches as per execution standards.
- Developing new plans to enhance market penetration & distribution.
- Insuring the proper implementation for any new developmental areas whether in introducing new products or winning new customers.
- Keeping an open eye on the market and be informed on what competitors are doing.
- Suggesting development on several areas such as better techniques to achieve sales target, serving the customer needs, improvement on delivery process and ordering process.
- Carrying out monthly sales reports including forecasting and/or any reporting required by the Direct Manager.
