Job Description
- Analyze the received user’s issue/problem to identify whether it is a setup problem or a program bug and presenting alternative solutions.
- Accurately define the issue/problem to the developer team to ensure effective solution.
- Test any project or issue with user and create a test case to ensure user satisfaction.
- Train different users (on-the-job training) on the implemented projects to ensure full awareness on the program.
- Attend new projects meetings in coordination with development team to ensure full understanding of all project requirements and cycle.
- Follow up with PM/developers to ensure finalizing the testing phase to guarantee proper support and project/issue delivery to users.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferable.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be ISTQB certified.
- SQL Statement knowledge is more preferable.
- Problem solving, Communication and analytical skills.
- Good command of English language
