Job Description

The successful candidate will perform skilled clerical work, and provide general secretarial support to department administrators. The Secretary will be responsible for assisting with departmental payroll, maintaining financial records and facilitating communication among company departments. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, able to prioritize work assignments as they come in, and capable of working without supervision and under Stress.

  • Kindly Be Aware That The Work Place Is At The New Borg Al Arab City. We don’t have transportation from Alexandria, Our Transporation starts from Al Agami.

Main Responsibilities :-

  • Receive calls from customers and either assist them with their questions, or take a message for the proper party.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email.
  • Develop and implement office procedures.
  • Coordinate committees and task forces.
  • Manage, Arrange & Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files.
  • Compose letters, memos and emails.
  • Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying, Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Act as a personal assistant for the CEO.

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 2+ years’ clerical experience.
  • 3+ years’ administrative experience
  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and data processing preferred.
  • Experience maintaining and prioritizing a CEO’s calendar.
  • Able to work independently & Under Pressure.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • ISO Certificates Aware.
