Job Description

  • Receives calls and/or greets visitors, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information; provides information or directs caller/visitor to appropriate individual.
  • Maintains calendars, schedules.
  • Dealing with Top Management members.
  • Translating all English correspondents into Arabic.
  • Responsible for business trip arrangements partially.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of Business meetings.
  • Respond to public inquiries.
  • Maintains and/or creates files or record keeping systems. Sorts, labels, files and retrieves documents, or other materials in the department.
  • Reviews incoming correspondence; initiates replies as appropriate.
  • Handling out of area calls.
  • Receiving and Replying Emails.
  • Sending and Receiving faxes then distribute them to other administrative dep.
  • Working on files archiving.

Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements

  • High communication and problem solving skills.
  • Flexible, mature.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data and manages time.
  • Excellent command of English language & computer skills.
