Job Description
- Troubleshooting software and hardware for computer, lab top, switch, Access point, scanners, printers.
- Create a user in active directory and group policy.
- Creating fingerprint and handling with the software of Print Device (ZK).
- Installing SAP Application, Windows updates, any other needed programs on company‘s PCs.
- VM Ware Workstation
- Responsible for Troubleshooting of network.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant to IT field
- experience from 2 to 4 years in help desk IT operations, network & supporting users for software & hardware troubleshooting
- Full dedication to work & immaculate ethical standards
- Customer Orientation & Supportive Attitude
- Ability to Learn & acquire new responsibilities.
