Job Description

  • Troubleshooting software and hardware for computer, lab top, switch, Access point, scanners, printers.
  • Create a user in active directory and group policy.
  • Creating fingerprint and handling with the software of Print Device (ZK).
  • Installing SAP Application, Windows updates, any other needed programs on company‘s PCs.
  • VM Ware Workstation
  • Responsible for Troubleshooting of network.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant to IT field
  • experience from 2 to 4 years in help desk IT operations, network & supporting users for software & hardware troubleshooting
  • Full dedication to work & immaculate ethical standards
  • Customer Orientation & Supportive Attitude
  • Ability to Learn & acquire new responsibilities.
