Job Description
- Receiving needed information regarding any shipment from any of the company dep.
- Make the booking for any shipment import or export
- Follow up shipments with forwarding companies
- Follow up the packages with couriers companies
- Get best rates for shipments or packages
- Preparing all the needed documents or certificates for any shipment or package
- Follow up with customs brokers till receiving the shipments in house
- Solve any problems or delay may face any shipment or package during the shipping
- Preparing and follow up customs payments with financial dep.
- Make shipments follow up reports and update it regularly
- Make shipments cut cost report
- Issue and follow up payments for the suppliers and handle needed claims
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience
- Highly organized
- Very good command of English language
- Reporting skills
