Job Description

  • Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives.
  • Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
  • Prepare the estimated annual budget for the marketing and communication activities, and direct all activities within the approved budget and monitors any deviations.
  • Responsible for Media planning and all Media Buying process.
  • Responsible for managing events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Directs coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event and manage staff responsible for event coordination activities.
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
  • Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures. Irrelevant.
  • Assist sales with communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects.
  • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.

Job Requirements
