Job Description
- Install and configure software and hardware for client’s computer and servers
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts, workstations and mobiles configuration
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade computers and servers with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms windows 7 , windows 10, windows 2008 r2 and windows 2012 r2
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science
- professional certification (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE 2012) and CCNA
- Should be fully aware with the following technologies Microsoft DNS, DHCP, Active directory, SQL 2012 , VMware workstation & ESX , IP Cameras and analog cameras , office 365 , TMG , Sophos , Pfsense , VPN technologizes , cpanel management , WordPress , elastix , cabling and new infrastructure planning
