Job Description
- Ensure the enrollment staff are fully trained and equipped to maintain database accuracy and ensure data integrity as an ongoing process.
- Oversight of enrollment process: inquiries, phone screens, interviews.
- Manages performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal.
- Ensuring the recruitment and selection of qualified student applicant.
- Monitors performance of online applications and automated processes and works with Director of Admissions to improve and update as needed.
- Liaise with the Financial department regarding oversees students' payment options.
- Provides essential information related to admissions requirements and enrollment processes to prospective students by phone, email or in person; acts as subject matter expert regarding the University’s enrollment requirements and programs.
- Works on student application issues.
- Evaluates applicant credentials, including evaluation of transcripts, standardized test scores, and supporting documentation.
- Calculates specified GPA’s for admission consideration.
- Tracks applicants as they move through the admission process, communicates as needed in addition to automated communication.
- Sends out all correspondence to applicants up to acceptance; acceptance emails, denial emails, waitlist emails, interview invitations, etc.
- Compiles admissions data for final decisions by the Admissions Committee, submits Admissions’ Recommendations
- Tracks completed applicants and sends invitations for interviews.
- Monitors the daily/weekly activities of admissions staff to ensure that performance and start goals are met.
- Communicates university goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
- Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
- Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
- Will be the contact point for all team members.
- Motivates admissions staff to meet and or exceed campus targets and standards on an on-going basis.
- Ensures staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge.
- Identifies training requirements to develop subordinates.
- Manages performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal.
- Maintains database for assigned programs.
- Tracks statistics, gathers data, and writes reports.
- Assists departments in developing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures relating to admissions based on past processes and student success rates.
- Provides office coordination responsibilities. Works with office support staff in coordinating all clerical and student help.
- Oversees day-to-day issues.
- Maintains student files for specific college requirements including general education credits and competencies prior to graduation.
- Assist the Marketing department in creating marketing materials like brochures and pamphlets.
- Conduct interviews with prospective students and families, ensuring that the prospective families are provided with accurate and appropriate advice whilst assessing that the prospective student is suitable for SU.
- Traveling to school campuses to provide students with information about SU’s academic programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- CSM certificate is preferred .
- 7 years of related work experience.
