Job Description

This job should be enticing to anyone who has a proven sales track record in the IT space, has the ability to sell up (or down) the org tree, and likes to be able to sell actual deliverable solutions and services.

The sales associate would have access to our Offshore Development Center, Technology Experts, Pre-Sales Experts to help sell solutions and products. Our Technical Director and Product Leaders have the ability to help the sales associate identify "pain points" with clients, making the job of the sales person very reasonable and allowing them to focus on building the relationships, as opposed to solving technical problems.

  • Dealing with sales inquiries via (telephone, chat and emails).
  • Selling to potential leads.
  • Make multiple outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies.
  • Share information about company/product by following sales scripts.
  • Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales.
  • Facilitate future sales.
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Close sales and lead customer through purchasing process.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Maintain record of calls through computerized system.
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.
  • Work with sales team to close sales.
  • Cold call potential sales leads.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years experience in the web hosting industry.
  • Understanding of the different types of web hosting services and domain names.
  • Positive phone manner.
  • Experience with tools such as WHMCS and Livechatinc.
  • Very good computer skills, MS Office skills Good internet connection.
  • Very good analytical, logical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Good command of English.
