About the Job
Public Relation & Communication Actvities:
- Handles all internal & External Communication to & from MD Office
- Liaises with the Ministries, Embassies, Media, and Travel Agencies & Hotels.
- Reviews the French Version of the company website in coordination with the Information Technology Department
Administrative Activities :
- Provides administrative and clerical support for the office of the MD
- Handls meetings inside and outside the company.
- Responsible for taking MOM, comments and details to provide the chairman assistance during meetings.
- Sends the MOM for all concerned parties.
- Coordinates with the MD incoming emails and replies for necessary and urgent mails that needs his decision.
- Handles any needed signature of the MD to be signed in a timely manner.
- Arranges meeting s via suitable calendar.
- Responsible for any internal communication with managers and employees.
- Arranges travels, visas and accommodation for the MD.
- Develops Filling system hard copy and soft copies.
- Follows up pending subjects & report the feedback.
