Job Description
- Ascertain each product’s scale mix and follow standard production process
- Ensure the workflow through organizing shifts and benefiting from each worker in his location.
- Make sure that the actual production is equivalent to preset production plans re quantity and quality.
- Direct production labor and plant operators to ensure the efficiency of the production operations.
- Follow & ensure the quality programs and plans in all the departments under his supervision.
- Coordinate with the support departments (Warehouses - Maintenance - Quality) to facilitate the production operations.
- Evaluate the employees' daily performance, motivate them and ensure the workflow
Job Requirements
- Age not to exceed 25 years.
- Acquire B.Sc., ( Veterinary , English Agriculture & Science )
- Very Good communication of the English language.
- Computer literate.
- Posses supervision and coaching skills
- Flexibility of relocation between the companies' different branches when required
