Job Description
- Fulfill existing opening vacancies to ensure alignment of recruitment with man power plan
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
- Conduct face to face interviews, deliver a full detailed information about the company, job role, package along with the benefits
- Create job offers for accepted candidates and do the needed archival
- Update applicant status on the company’s database
- Communicate with other departments to inform about new batches and organize new employees orientation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Working in mass hiring / Call center /Customer Care Business is a plus
