Job Description
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Accomplishes marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising,branding and trade promotion programs.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in marketing field in (retail & distribution).
- Min 4 years of experience in managerial level.
- Preferred MBA holder.
- Have the initiatives and able to start a marketing plan/department/strategy to the whole group
