Job Description
- Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
- Execute day to day sales activities including attending to sales meetings
- Preparation and follow-up of new Tenders
- Ensure successful renewals of existing accounts
- Responsible for creating reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Follow up with technical team in delivering and installing the orders.
- Implementation of marketing campaigns on social media and different channels .
- Follow up with potential leads through social media an different channels.
- Suggesting new techniques to acquiring new customers.
- Targeting leads through outbound channels.
- Issuing accounting reports
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of MS-Office.
- Familiar with google drive.
- Excellent command of professional skills; e-mail, CRM, …etc.
- The ability to handle issues specially with clients.
- The ability to develop sales strategies and setting sales targets.
- Basic knowledge in: Facebook, OLX,
- Using ERP system, Photoshop or Auto-cad is a plus.
