Job Description

  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Execute day to day sales activities including attending to sales meetings
  • Preparation and follow-up of new Tenders
  • Ensure successful renewals of existing accounts
  • Responsible for creating reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Follow up with technical team in delivering and installing the orders.
  • Implementation of marketing campaigns on social media and different channels .
  • Follow up with potential leads through social media an different channels.
  • Suggesting new techniques to acquiring new customers.
  • Targeting leads through outbound channels.
  • Issuing accounting reports

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of MS-Office.
  • Familiar with google drive.
  • Excellent command of professional skills; e-mail, CRM, …etc.
  • The ability to handle issues specially with clients.
  • The ability to develop sales strategies and setting sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge in: Facebook, OLX, 
  • Using ERP system, Photoshop or Auto-cad is a plus.
