Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact between the company and its clients, strengthen the relationships with the existing client and the potential clients.
  • Sell/lease new homes and properties to clients.
  • Evaluate properties to determine its competitive market price.
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

Working Days/Hours

  • You will work 5 days/week having 2 days off.
  • 8 working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM including 1 hour for a break.

  • Having car is A MUST
  • 1 year Experience in Sales (Real Estate) New Cairo is preferred
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Max age of 28.
  • High present ability.
