Job Description
- The treasurer works under the supervision and direct guidance of the head or the account officer, and accordingly reports the fund’s movement of daily revenues and expenses.
- Prepare all daily payment vouchers as per procedures and batch them together for processing into the accounting system.
- Responsibility for the Cash box.
- Cash box to be counted and reconciled Daily.
- Control the petty cash box.
- Close the petty cash as per the internal procedures.
- Receiving cash and checks to deposit them daily in the bank.
- record the daily movement of receipts and payments in a statement approved by the chief or accountant, accompanied by all documents supporting revenues and expenditures.
- Delivery of salaries to the employees of the Company.
- Executing the other tasks assigned to him in the field of competence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 0-2 years of experience as an accountant
- Experience in handling safe box in and out
- Advanced MS office skills.
