Job Description
- Participate in conceptualization workshops with clients turning ideas into usable interfaces and features as part from Everest Minds Innovation Labs.
- Create stunning designs for web and mobile with mobile-first approach.
- Create appealing presentations and proposals for the customer.
- Drive enhancement of the company branding consistency and social media image.
- Performing competitive analysis and research for projects.
- Direct ongoing usability testing and assessment.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Create prototypes for new product ideas.
- Keep up to date with the latest web design technologies and techniques in order to discuss them for inclusion within our creations.
- Create a culture of promoting new ideas or up-sell opportunities within the team for our clients.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with design thinking process.
- Ability to work with latest design and prototyping tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision or Adobe XD.
- High sense of good customer experience and understanding of color theories.
- Knowledge of split testing and comparing results.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
