Job Description
- The candidate will be required to build a database of sales leads through online research; qualify these leads via outbound calls offering our company’s services and schedule a range of business meetings for sales executives.
- Construct a lead database of prospective clients via online research and referrals.
- Conduct outbound calls in order to promote company services and products.
- Handle inbound inquiries about company services.
- Schedule sales meetings for sales executives to meet prospective clients.
- Follow up on orders to ensure products and services are delivered on time.
- Conduct after-sales phone surveys with clients ensuring that our services or products have met their expectations.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Acceptable negotiation skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Software solutions experience is a plus.
- Technical background is a plus.
