Job Description
Main Duties:
- Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks.
- Greet and provide support to visitors.
- Answer phone calls, provide information to callers, or connect callers to appropriate people.
- Schedule appointments and update calendar.
- Compose and type regular correspondence like, letters, emails and meeting minutes.
- Ability to resolve any administrative problems.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Create spreadsheets and presentations.
- Other duties reasonably related to this position
Job Requirements
This position is required for one of the pioneer Real Estate companies in the Egyptian industry, they developed and delivered 3 compounds in New Cairo with the below requirements
- Females only
- Fluent English & Arabic Languages (Spoken and Written).
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a reputable university.
- Very good written/verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking skills
