Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks.
  • Greet and provide support to visitors.
  • Answer phone calls, provide information to callers, or connect callers to appropriate people.
  • Schedule appointments and update calendar.
  • Compose and type regular correspondence like, letters, emails and meeting minutes.
  • Ability to resolve any administrative problems.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Create spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Other duties reasonably related to this position

Job Requirements

This position is required for one of the pioneer Real Estate companies in the Egyptian industry, they developed and delivered 3 compounds in New Cairo with the below requirements

  • Females only
  • Fluent English & Arabic Languages (Spoken and Written).
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a reputable university.
  • Very good written/verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking skills
