Job Description
- Managing B2C and retail team to meet assigned quotas, sales objectives and behaviour goals as assigned.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, key players networking, Participate on behalf of Matgr in exhibitions and follow up social media leads.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to ensure after sales support and cross selling products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Know about current sales and promotions, policies about payments and exchanges.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (marketing activities, changing the store’s design).
Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Has 3-6 years’ experience as a as a Retail Sales associate, Sales supervision or similar role Sales (preferably in one of the leading trading companies or the same sector).
- Technical sales skills
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
- Possess high reporting skills.
- Excellent oral and written English and Arabic is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Basic Math skills
