About the Job
  • Managing B2C and retail team to meet assigned quotas, sales objectives and behaviour goals as assigned.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generating leads through cold calling, key players networking, Participate on behalf of Matgr in exhibitions and follow up social media leads.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to ensure after sales support and cross selling products.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Know about current sales and promotions, policies about payments and exchanges.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (marketing activities, changing the store’s design).
Job Requirements
  • University bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
  • Has 3-6 years’ experience as a as a Retail Sales associate, Sales supervision or similar role Sales (preferably in one of the leading trading companies or the same sector).
  • Technical sales skills
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
  • Possess high reporting skills.
  • Excellent oral and written English and Arabic is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Basic Math skills
