Job Description
Greeting Visitors:
- Welcoming guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Direct the guests to the correct destination.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Handling appointments & meetings.
- Organize conference and Coordinate meetings room.
Calls & Email Responding:
- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.
- Provide information to callers.
- Write faxes, letters & related documents as requested.
- Handle all incoming/outgoing faxes & correspondences.
- Handle all incoming/outgoing Telephone calls.
Administrative Tasks:
- Photocopying, scanning and printing documents.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Making business travel arrangements like booking flight tickets and hotels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Females Only.
- Must be very Presentable.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Should be energetic, friendly and polite.
