Job Description

Greeting Visitors:

  • Welcoming guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct the guests to the correct destination.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
  • Handling appointments & meetings.
  • Organize conference and Coordinate meetings room.

Calls & Email Responding:

  • Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Write faxes, letters & related documents as requested.
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing faxes & correspondences.
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing Telephone calls.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Photocopying, scanning and printing documents.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents.
  • Making business travel arrangements like booking flight tickets and hotels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Females Only.
  • Must be very Presentable.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Should be energetic, friendly and polite.
