Job Description
We are currently looking for a savvy experienced hardworking digital media buyers and data analytics professional to join leading digital creative agency and media company MO4 Network
Main Duties:
- Develop paid digital media plans
- Research all viable channels based on the content calendar and campaign goals and direction provided by account managers
- Devise digital targeting strategies and create relevant, effective and impactful audiences that will be meet brand criteria and objectives
- Advise on content plan adjustments and strategies to better meet engagement or real-world sales or traffic objectives • Facebook Pixel coordination
- Propose new ways to “cut through the noise” (find new media opportunities that might match our need)
- Ad placement including scheduling multiple flights in multiple channels
- A/B testing
- Monitoring ads and proposing modifications to creative, targeting and budget to optimize performance
- Generate reports (ad-hoc or formal) on creative and campaign performance
- Tracking performance throughout the ad/campaign duration and communicating back to account management teams
- Reporting at end of each monthly content plan period or campaign period (how well did we achieve our goals, insights, lessons learned for next time)
- Data led content recommendations ⁃ to analyze performance across multiple media channels and make insightful recommendations for content creation based on the greatest potential impact. Desired experience
Job Requirements
- Experienced in planning and placing paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Excellent communications skills; able to communicate technical or complicated concepts to others and provide concise and timely updates on projects
- Highly organized and demonstrated project coordination experience
- Able to work without supervision
