Job Description
- Helping customers solve technical issues with our Printing Machines.
- Answer questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our Printing Machines.
- Communicating customer needs and requires to our engineering staff.
- Handle the emergency call (on phone call support).
- Experience of dealing with technical issues.
- Introduce our new products to the customers when they need.
- Maintain accurate records of all issues with resolution and contact details.
- Work with other members of the technical team to ensure standardization of all documentation and procedures.
- Follow up with our customers the solve of their problems and know their Feedback.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- B.sc of Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical Power) .
- Familiarity with computer applications
- You will be the first point of contact from our company with our customers handle their requests for assistance (installation, repair, training.......etc ).
- Very Good Communication Skills
- The ability to be a good listener,understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
