Job Description

  • Provide administrative support and contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
  • The secretary will be the contact point for the office and will have to arrange emails, calls, meetings, calendars, business trips, and document control.
  • The candidate will assist HR and the GM to prepare reports and tasks such as Payroll.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the Office Applications is required.
  • Knowledge of ERP system will be a positive addition.
