Job Description
- Design and manage company domain & sub-domain, ERP Intel Based servers and its storage to ensure servers availability and data integrity.
- Follow up and communicate with authorized service center to maintain and resolve escalated server issues.
- Control and ensure that all related IT polices are applied to department SOPs.
- Design & Manage the company backup plan for all Intel based servers and user's data to ensure secured company data.
- Manage & update the company's website in coordination with the service provider and resolve any emerging obstacles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree "Engineering is more preferable"
- 7 to 9 years of experience in a similar role
- MCSE (2008 or 2012) is a must
- Negotiation, Problem solving, Communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Very Good command of English language
