Job Description
- Gather information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans).
- Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan.
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication.
- Report on the status of accounts.
- Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction.
- Communicate product and pricing details clearly.
- Coordinate with Account Managers & Business development to create customized sales plans for key clients.
- Promote new products/services to existing customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Attention to detail: Applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
- Customer Focus: Understanding the needs of the customer when taking actions or making decisions.
- Familiarity with business proposals: Methods and techniques for preparing and presenting proposals, business cases, and statements of work.
- Familiarity with presentation methods and techniques for delivering effective presentations.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and close deals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
- Attention to details.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Desired experience:
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a Plus.
- Experience in retail sales or fashion.
