Job Description

  • Handling all administration tasks with regard to coordinating, managing, & administrating all sales reports.
  • Following up on clients' complaints.
  • Following up on production orders with the planning section to confirm the dispatch dates.
  • Receiving the packing list from the warehouse and releasing the commercial invoice to the sales department.
  • Coordinating the shipping schedules with the supply chain and confirming to the sales department.
  • Performing any other task that can be assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience preferable in Sales or Administration.
  • Bachelor degree of commerce or business administration.
  • Very good command of Microsoft office.
