Job Description
- Reviewing applicants' resume/curriculum vitae according to company terms. & upload to the database.
- Placing and assigning doctors at clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities
- Communicating efficiently with doctors and hospitals Recruiters ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner.
- Comply doctor’s files according to the company & hospitals requirements & get hospitals approvals.
- Upload doctor’s files through the different recruitment portals & update it as needed.
- Calculating Dr. Pay Salary, N.I & Gross salary according to the different payment methods, negotiate it with doctors and hospitals to reach the win – win situation that satisfies both parties.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of human resource development and management.
- Good Knowledge of the medical facility you are working in or the respective healthcare clients.
- Very good knowledge of the English Language; written, spoken and business correspondence as well.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
