Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Social media specialist to join our team, We will start with part time model [3 days / Week].

Work from home may be accepted based on candidate's commitments, your attendance will be required in meetings only.

You will be responsible for:-

  • Responsible about market research to explore new opportunities.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
  • Responsible for all operation required to start new training programs
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Coordinating business generation activities
  • Responding to client requests for proposals
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
  • Closing sales and working with client through closing

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Experience is must in IT training business is great plus
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest , Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
