Job Description
- Manages sales of the company’s products to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.
- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plan to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 15 years of experience in Sales (preferably in pharmaceutical & FMCG). (3 of them in a similar position)
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Postgraduate study is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
