Job Description
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Manage calendar for Managing Director
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
Job Requirements
- Good spoken and written communication skills (Both English & Arabic)
- Strong operational and thinking ability
- Good MS Office
- A clear communicator, in person and writing
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good people skills, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
- Presentable
