Job Description

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Manage calendar for Managing Director
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments

Job Requirements

  • Good spoken and written communication skills (Both English & Arabic)
  • Strong operational and thinking ability
  • Good MS Office
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good people skills, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • Presentable
