About the Job
  • Responsible for customer follow ups, assisting customer on registration, pricing checking, order placing, making payment, shipment tracking etc.
  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email or chatting system, to answer questions, troubleshoot issue, promote services.
  • Collect, analyze and summarize customer requirements and feedback for business improvement. Timely address critical issues to management for a quick resolution.
  • Responsible for building a tight and solid relationship with existing customers and potential customers.
Job Requirements
  • A BA/BS degree from an academic institution.
  • Excellent command English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Display a capacity for problem solving and multitasking
