Job Description
- 04 Egypt is looking for an outstanding Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer, to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to develop eLearning courses to be used in iSpring & Udemy online learning. This is a full-time position from our office in the Greek Campus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop entry level and advanced level courseware and instructional material for on-demand training.
- Creates curriculum documents including goals, objectives and overall course structure.
- Develops interactive exercises, embedded questions, test banks, hypertext lists, course descriptions and course atlases for eLearning courses.
- Creates PPT Blueprint document to include media elements and interactivities.
- Writes slide content and transcripts and writes handbooks for video products.
- Develop new online courses and technical certification exams with minimal technical supervision using writing, graphic design, branding, image editing, document formatting, animation, video, audio, e-learning authoring, web, and portal skills and tools.
- Participate in the needs assessment, design, and development of product and role-specific curriculum roadmaps.
- Interact with subject matter experts in planning and scoping requirements for curriculum.
- Review and test new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contributes to new curriculum or program ideas.
- Participates in pre-production and Blue Sky meetings.
- Manages time to meet deadlines of miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Instructional Design/Development, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, writing and multimedia design services for manufacturing industry.
- Prior working experience in in job/task analysis using Instructional Systems Development (ISD) methodology
- Ability to write text, narration and assessment elements for various levels of comprehension.
- Demonstrated ability in managing people and projects.
Requirements
- Ability to independently research and acquire raw unto date content on the topic of the course.
- Ability to independently transform raw content and existing training from subject matter experts into interactive eLearning content with full narrative and illustrations.
- Expertise with best practices for teaching technologies including presentation technologies and web-based learning and training.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to convert technical or complex information and concepts into easily used and understandable text and illustrations.
- Proficiency with multimedia authoring tools such as iSpring, Udemy, TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Presenter, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Video Creator or others.
- Proven experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Must possess a well-developed design aesthetic and project management experience.
