Job Description
- Monitoring the production schedule and adjust as needed.
- Coordinate setup and implement standard quality procedure for all production operations.
- Planning, co-ordination and control of manufacturing processes.
- Assigns and directs the work flow to ensure optimum performance through appropriate staff planning and scheduling to meet the department goals.
- Ensures that the production is coast effective
- Ensures that the products are produced efficiently at the right coast and the right level of quality.
- Serve as liaison with the maintenance team to prepare and follow the preventive maintenance plan.
- Analyzing the breakdown details and implementing corrective actions.
- Run the machine with minimum wastage
- Check product quality
- Control production line
Job Requirements
- Bsc. Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in the vacuum forming, pressure thermoforming and mechanical thermoforming, with respect to optimization and troubleshooting
