InsideOut is searching for new fresh motivated candidates Whom will be responsible for:
- Finding new clients based on the given information.
- Closing new deals.
- Total responsible for the given sites.
- Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.
- Managing budgets and project resources.
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirement.
- Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
- Assistance in designs.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering or architecture engineering.
- Experience in dealing with Contractors, suppliers and vendors, consultants…etc-
- Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Perfect communication and negotiation skills
- Will and ability to close deals and convince new clients.
