Job Description
The PA will be mainly the chairman right hand while supporting him with all daily tasks, may include but not limited to the below;
- Data management and filing.
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
- Screening inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Making appointments, organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Maybe carrying out specific projects and research.
- Taking on some of the chairman's responsibilities if needed and working more closely with management.
Job Requirements
- Experience 2-5 years as Personal assistant, office manager or in administration field is preferred.
- Based in Alexandria.
- Strong verbal and written English communication is a must.
