Job Description

The PA will be mainly the chairman right hand while supporting him with all daily tasks, may include but not limited to the below;

  • Data management and filing.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
  • Screening inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Making appointments, organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Maybe carrying out specific projects and research.
  • Taking on some of the chairman's responsibilities if needed and working more closely with management.

Job Requirements

  • Experience 2-5 years as Personal assistant, office manager or in administration field is preferred.
  • Based in Alexandria.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication is a must.
