Job Description
- Supervises assigned staff in the repair and maintenance of the City’s fleet; tracks and records technician overtime and paid time off.
- Reviews and schedules daily assignments; reviews and processes work orders; receives dispatch calls for breakdowns.
- Runs preventative maintenance reports.
- Tracks invoices received from vendors, reviews them for accuracy, and completes follow-ups as needed.
- Establish repair performance measures for employees and evaluate their performance against those standards or measures.
- Review every work order carefully to be sure any errors found are corrected before closing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Schedule daily/ Weekly/ Monthly preventive maintenance for cars.
- Maintain annual renewal license for all cars.
- Follow up with insurance company for claims.
- Conduct test drive for all drivers.
- Evaluate all drivers on a monthly basis.
- Keep part filling system spare.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Power/Automotive engineering
- 3-5 Years Experience in the same position
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Leadership skills
