Job Description
- Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes
- Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
- Designing and assessing training programs.
- Distribute physical and digital training material
- Store, copy and scan company policies
- Address employees’ queries
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed.
- Guide, motivate and develop the direct and indirect subordinate employees within the Human Resources policy
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources or relevant field
- Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, on-boarding, training )
- Hands-on experience with MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
