Job Description

  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees.
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes
  • Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
  • Designing and assessing training programs.
  • Distribute physical and digital training material
  • Store, copy and scan company policies
  • Address employees’ queries
  • Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed.
  • Guide, motivate and develop the direct and indirect subordinate employees within the Human Resources policy

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, on-boarding, training )
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills
