Job Description
- Manage Daily operations of the IT department
- Setup workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices ( routers, printers, etc....).
- Install and configure are appropriate and functions according to specification
- Develope and maintain local network sin way that optimize performance.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without determining others from completing their work .
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose,etc.....).
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software help train employees on its use.
- Offers suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.
- Handling all IT incidents and requests.
- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place an PR.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office Applications.
- Knowledge of hardware configuration.
- Good Knowledge of user account.
- Administration ( Active directory ).
- Knowledge of networking infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Retail experience preferable.
