Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage social communication with customers.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solution.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file related documents and reports.
  • Determining the cause of the problem.
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Expediting correction or adjustment.
  • Following up to ensure resolution.

  • 3-8 years of experience
  • Telesales - Real Estate - Interior Design - Decoration background preferred.
  • Living near New Cairo preferred.
  • Max age 30 years
