Job Description
- Preparing conceptual and detailed design and installing of solar systems [on-grid, standalone and solar water pumping].
- Leading and contributing to authorship and oversight of proposals, reports, studies, and other deliverables.
- The building, mentoring and motivating multi-disciplinary teams.
- Representing Egreen through speaking engagements and participation in industry meetings and conferences.
- Coordinating with development and engineering to develop preliminary design budget.
- Preparing bid packages and procure materials and services as needed.
- Creating project budget based upon quotes and bids; track project costs. Performing regular check-ins with job superintendents to gauge project progress.
- Serving as point-of-contact for customers/clients during each project.
- Providing progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required.
- Maintaining records and databases.
- Troubleshooting issues relating to installations.
- Managing sales and marketing team to achieve company targets
Job Requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Strong knowledge with ASHRAE and NEC codes
- Using PVsyst fluidly
- Designing PV (Ongrid- Offgrid and Solar water pumping systems) and thermal projects (separate units and centralized system)
- Designed and installed over 100 kWp PV project
- Marketing and sales skills will be plus
