Property Consultant

Job Summary

• Responsible for the development and the performance of all sales activities to new customers for in order to achieve sales results

Duties and responsibilities:

• Respect the indicated target
• Associate the annual budget planning process
• Delivery of the individual key performance indicators ( KPI’s)
• Generation of new leads and promotion of existing lead relationships
• Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling units
• Provide daily reports, potential clients, confirmed meetings, Meeting Surveys, Units status reports to the Sales Team Leader
• Provide daily report on meeting status including customer feedback and any related analysis as required and reports to Sales Team Leader
