About the Job

Working on Local system and Microsoft Dynamics as following
Design, develop, implement and test a variety of ERP procedures
Install, configure and test software
Perform data analysis, manage and analyze the customers' needs/ business requirements and find the existing Gaps in between as well as work on finding solutions.
Communicate with clients and team leaders in a professional manner
Troubleshoot implementation and issues
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of project activities
Develop project documentation
Manage day-to-day implementation activities
Provide mentoring and support to department colleagues as necessary
Assist Technical Support Department as necessary
Provide pre-sales support
Train end users in specific modules of ERP applications
