Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and ambitious contracting specialist with deep experience in GULF hotels and be able to do the following:
- Negotiate with wholesalers and offline suppliers to get competitive rates mainly of GULF Hotels (Is a MUST).
- Make face to face hotel visits for contracting.
- Online contracting with remote hotel targets assigned by the management.
- Preparing Tariff (Requesting hotels rate) sign contract Rates with hotels.
- Create Packages inbound/outbound.
- Arrange external tours and suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest to the clients
- Stand by on call 24/7 for handling the sudden circumstances of clients.
- Manage relation with suppliers.
- Keep in good relationship with hoteliers and our contacts there.
- Follow up payments to vendors and accounting.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years minimum experience in making deals and contracts with GULF hotels.
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems)
- Easily and quickly identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
- Strong Knowledge of key holiday destinations
- Foreign language skills
- Languages: English + Arabic (FLUENCY).
