About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Assist patients in obtaining services, understanding policies and making health care decisions.
  • Interact with patients to provide information in response to inquiries about services and to handle and resolve complaints.
  • Build a good rapport with clients over the phone.
Job Requirements

Education:

  • Essential: Bachelor Degree.
  • Desirable: Additional training in customer services, sales.

Experience:

  • Essential: 1-2 years’ experience is required
  • Desirable: Experience in health care, medical or related industries.
