Job Description
- Responsible for certain Customers from A-Z, Starting from PO receiving until dispatch material and follow the Payment terms.
- Following all financial issue related to customers and settled it in Account Statement.
- Following customers Performa invoice requirements in all departments, start from Production until dispatch,
- Coordinate all operation and process
- Meeting Customers to follow-up with him about new orders and the payments.
- Handel the customer complains
